The Lorain County Senior Network is comprised of professionals who represent agencies, organizations, institutions or individuals who are concerned with the well-being of older adults in Lorain County.

Our purpose is to develop, coordinate and support a community network of care and resources for older adults in Lorain County.

Members represent the entire spectrum of community resources, not just for the seniors, but also for the organizations that support seniors. These companies Include but are not limited to:

• Acute care, short stay hospitals
• Nursing homes
• Rehabilitation services
• Home health care
• Other home-care services
• Transportation services
• Housing services
• Nutrition services
• Information and referral services
• Coordination services
• Physician services
• Income maintenance services
• Advocacy services
• Other social services
• Planning, allocation and management series
• Informal care services
• Mental health services
• Courts and law enforcement
• Moving services
• Advertising outlets and providers

Participation involves attending monthly Lorain County Senior Network meetings which are held on the 2^nd Thursday of the month from 8:30am-10am. Locations and speakers vary each month.

Lorain County Senior Network also hosts Members Only events throughout the year.
