Membership Dues

The annual cost of membership is $55.00. The yearly membership fees will allow up to 2 representatives to join. If you wish to have more than 2 representatives attending meetings regularly, additional memberships must be purchased.

Our meetings are held at 8:30 a.m. on the second Thursday of every month.

Benefits of Membership

In addition to voting privileges for two individuals, your active membership in the Lorain County Senior Network will provide opportunities for:

• Networking & Information Exchange With others in the elder care field throughout Lorain County
• Educational Growth & Development Through educational programs and workshops, many offering Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
• Promoting Your Service To professionals and seniors throughout Lorain County
• Serving Your Clients More Effectively By learning about services offered by other senior care service providers
• Problem Solving Through cooperative efforts with other senior care professionals
• Community Involvement Through active participation in standing committees and serving as an officer of the organization
• Committee Involvement Members are strongly encouraged to actively participate in at least one of the organization’s standing committees:
  • Organizational Policy Issues Reviews and develops policies and procedures
  • Training & Education Addresses staff development and training needs
  • Membership Promotes members and works to get our network members’ names and services more visible throughout the community
  • Client Services Identify senior issues, educate and inform, problem solve with seniors and professionals

Showcases – “Showcases” provide the opportunity for you to present information about your organization to members of the Lorain County Senior Network at our monthly meetings

Community Fairs – The Lorain County Senior Network sponsors and coordinates community information to members of Lorain County Check with LCSN – new activities may be available that are not listed here.
